Digital Product License Agreement
3D Printable Files (STL + 3MF)
Effective Date: Upon purchase and download of the licensed files.
Licensor: INUX Cloud s.r.o., Galvaniho 12B, Bratislava 82104, Slovakia (VAT: SK2120189005), operating as PK1.tv.
Licensee: The individual or entity that purchases and downloads the licensed files (“You”).

This product is available under two license tiers. The tier you purchased determines your permitted usage.

1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, PK1.tv grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased 3D model files (STL and 3MF formats), according to Your purchased license tier.
- Standard License: You may download, 3D print, and use the stand for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may modify the files for personal use only.
- Pro License: In addition to all Standard rights, You may manufacture and sell physical products produced from these files. You must visibly credit “PK1.tv” on product listings, packaging, or accompanying materials. You may not rebrand the design as Your own original work.
2. Restrictions
Regardless of license tier, You may NOT:
- Redistribute, share, upload, or make the digital files (STL, 3MF) available to any third party, whether for free or for sale.
- Upload the files to any public repository, file-sharing platform, 3D model marketplace, or peer-to-peer network.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract design intent beyond what is provided in the files.
- Claim authorship or original design credit for the stand design.
- Sub-license, rent, lease, or lend the files to any third party.
- Use the files in any manner that competes directly with PK1.tv’s own product offerings without a Pro License.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the design, files, and associated documentation remain the exclusive property of INUX Cloud s.r.o. / PK1.tv. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. The PK1.tv name, logo, and brand are trademarks of INUX Cloud s.r.o.
4. File Delivery & Format
Upon completed purchase, You will receive a downloadable ZIP archive containing:
- STL file(s) — industry-standard mesh format for 3D printing
- 3MF file(s) — modern 3D manufacturing format with enhanced metadata
- License Agreement (PDF)
- README with recommended print settings
5. Disclaimer & Print Responsibility
PK1.tv provides recommended print settings as guidance only. Results may vary depending on Your 3D printer, filament, calibration, and environment. PK1.tv is not responsible for failed prints, material waste, or damage resulting from improper printing. The files are provided “as-is” for 3D printing purposes.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the files have been downloaded. By completing Your purchase, You acknowledge and accept that digital files cannot be “returned” and that this no-refund policy is a material term of this Agreement. If You experience a technical issue with the files (e.g., corrupted download), contact sales@pk1.tv and we will provide a fresh download link.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK1.tv’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the licensed files. PK1.tv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to damage to equipment, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8. Termination
This license is perpetual, provided You comply with all terms. PK1.tv may terminate this license immediately if You breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination:
- You must destroy all copies of the licensed files in Your possession.
- Any Pro License rights to manufacture and sell are immediately revoked.
- Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus.
